Material Cultures ETH Studio. Zürich, 2023

EN Material Cultures is a London-based architecture and research practice. In addition to their design work, the team currently runs a studio at ETH Zurich. Housing the Ecoregion is the title for the first semester of the 2023-24 school year. With the plants and minerals of Europe's ecoregions as a starting point, the students will design radically new housing systems – which respect our planetary limits – using biobased materials.

ES Material Cultures es un estudio de arquitectura con sede en Londres. Además de su trabajo el campo del diseño y la construcción, el equipo imparte clases en ETH Zurich. Housing the Ecoregion es el título del primer semestre 2023-24. Con las plantas y minerales de las ecorregiones de Europa como punto de partida, los estudiantes diseñarán sistemas de vivienda radicalmente nuevos, pero respetando los límites de nuestro planeta.
